Before any carrier hauls for us, we check their federal operating authority, verify their $1,000,000 liability and cargo insurance directly with their insurance agent, and put them under a signed agreement. Then we text you the driver's name and phone number before pickup.
4. Pickup, transport, delivery
The driver documents your vehicle's condition with photos and a signed Bill of Lading at pickup, and again at delivery — walk around the vehicle with them before signing. Any balance due is settled at delivery, and your delivery documents follow immediately.

Is my vehicle insured during transport?
Yes. Every carrier we dispatch holds $1,000,000 auto liability plus cargo insurance, and we verify the certificate directly with the carrier's insurance agent — not from a forwarded PDF. Condition is documented with photos at pickup and delivery.
Can you ship a car that doesn't run?
Yes. Non-running vehicles move on winch-equipped carriers, and auction yards load with forklifts where available. Just tell us it's inoperable when you get your quote so we send the right equipment.
