HOW IT WORKS

Four steps, no mystery — from quote to keys in hand.

1. Get your price

The instant quote form gives you a real range for your route, vehicle and timing in seconds. Then a coordinator calls to confirm details and lock your exact price — one call, not a robo-dialer storm.

2. Book it in writing

You receive an order confirmation with the route, vehicle, total price and payment instructions. Retail moves are secured with a deposit (card or Zelle); dealers and commercial accounts can arrange invoicing. Cancel before a carrier is assigned and any payment is refunded in full.

3. We assign a vetted carrier

This is the part you can't see — and the part that matters most. Before any carrier hauls for us, we check their federal operating authority, verify their $1,000,000 liability and cargo insurance directly with their insurance agent, and put them under a signed agreement. Then we text you the driver's name and phone number before pickup.

4. Pickup, transport, delivery

The driver documents your vehicle's condition with photos and a signed Bill of Lading at pickup, and again at delivery — walk around the vehicle with them before signing. Any balance due is settled at delivery, and your delivery documents follow immediately.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to ship a car?

Most single-vehicle moves fall between $1 and $2 per mile depending on distance, vehicle size, running condition and timing. Short local moves have minimum charges; long hauls cost less per mile. The instant quote form on our homepage prices your exact route in seconds.

How far in advance should I book?

Two to five days ahead is ideal for most routes. Auction vehicles on a storage deadline and expedited moves can often be covered in 24 to 48 hours — call us and we'll tell you honestly what's realistic.

Can you pick up from Copart, IAA or Manheim?

Yes — auction pickups are one of our specialties. Send the lot number and buyer number and we handle the gate pass, release verification and the storage-fee deadline.

Is my vehicle insured during transport?

Yes. Every carrier we dispatch holds $1,000,000 auto liability plus cargo insurance, and we verify the certificate directly with the carrier's insurance agent — not from a forwarded PDF. Condition is documented with photos at pickup and delivery.

Can you ship a car that doesn't run?

Yes. Non-running vehicles move on winch-equipped carriers, and auction yards load with forklifts where available. Just tell us it's inoperable when you get your quote so we send the right equipment.

How does payment work?

Retail customers typically pay a deposit at booking and the balance at delivery, or the full amount up front by card, Zelle or bank transfer. Dealers and commercial accounts can be invoiced with terms after their first moves.
