The storage clock is the whole game
Every auction vehicle comes with a countdown: a few free days, then daily storage fees that eat your margin. We schedule pickups around that deadline from the moment you send us the lot number — and because we work Texas auction lanes every week, our carriers already know the gates, the loaders and the release process at each yard.
We handle the auction paperwork
- Buyer number, lot/stock number, gate pass — sent to the driver with the dispatch, so check-in takes minutes.
- Release verification — we confirm the vehicle is paid and released before a truck rolls, so nobody burns a trip.
- Inoperable units — salvage buys often don't run; we send winch-equipped carriers and use yard loading where offered.
- Photos at the gate and at delivery — condition documented before the vehicle ever leaves the yard.
Yards we serve
IAA and Copart locations across Texas — Houston, Longview, Dallas, San Antonio, Corpus Christi and more — plus dealer auctions: Manheim Texas Hobby, ADESA Houston and America's Auto Auction. Exporters: we run auction-to-Port-of-Houston drayage with the documentation your overseas buyers require.
What we need from you
Auction name and location, lot or stock number, buyer number, whether it runs, and where it's going. That's it — get an instant price or text the details to (713) 364-3244 and we'll take it from there.
